Description
Full 180-degree Himalayan view. Most Mukteshwar hillsides can’t actually claim that. This one can. The 3bhk duplex villa sits at 7,500 feet, and the whole project feels like it was planned around that view rather than squeezed in afterward — part of Symphony Mukteshwar, 100 acres on a hilltop, fruit orchards and pine forest and open farmland surrounding it. “Mountain view” gets thrown around loosely in real estate listings, constantly. Stand on this terrace, though. It holds up.
Money Brick also lists a 3 BHK duplex holiday home in Chail, if a direct comparison is what you want. This one sits higher. Wider view too, barely anything in the way.
Why This 3BHK Duplex Villa Stands Apart
The View From Symphony Mukteshwar
Clear day, roughly 1,432 km of range, nothing blocking it. Nanda Devi. Trishul. Nanda Ghunti. Every window placed with that in mind — sounds like brochure talk, until you’re standing there and it just… is. Photos undersell it. Badly, actually. You need the terrace itself.
Layout and Floor Plan
2,500 sq ft. Brick-built. Two floors.
- Ground floor — kitchen and dining, living room, first bedroom, a porch off the side
- First floor — master bedroom, second bedroom, dressing area between them
- Terrace — 27 feet. Not the one-chair-and-a-plant kind of balcony.
What Comes With a Property in Mukteshwar Uttarakhand Like This
Interior and Outdoor Features
A 3bhk duplex house at this price has to earn it somehow. Mostly does, here, through small things stacked on top of each other rather than one big feature carrying the whole listing:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- A laundry setup that actually works, not a token corner
- Private garden, lawn
- Heating — genuinely necessary, not a nice-to-have line item. This altitude gets cold.
Township Amenities
The township layer is what really separates this from some standalone build someone threw up on a random plot:
- 24/7 concierge, dedicated security
- Housekeeping, power backup for when the hills inevitably cut out
- Kids’ play zone, barbecue space
- Balconies people actually use — not staged ones for the listing photos
- Chair-accessible design, which most hill properties at this price just skip
Pricing and What It Actually Costs Monthly
₹2.25 crore. 2,500 sq ft. Roughly ₹9,000 a square foot for a luxury villa like this — not bad, actually, next to luxury villas in busier hill markets like Shimla or Nainital, where there’s barely any land left to build on and prices reflect that. 20% down, 30-year term, and you’re at roughly ₹1.15 lakh a month, principal and interest combined. Property tax and any township charges sit outside that figure — don’t mistake it for the full monthly number.
Location Advantage
Nainital’s crowded. Mussoorie’s crowded. Mukteshwar isn’t, not yet anyway — and that’s the whole point if real altitude and orchard country matter more to you than a hill-town main street jammed with tour buses. South Gola Range, close enough to Bhowali and Ramgarh that getting supplies isn’t a hassle, and the elevation itself keeps things quiet without any extra effort.
Comparing this against other property in mukteshwar uttarakhand, or anything else on Money Brick’s hill-station side? Give it the extra five minutes. Check floor plans and elevation side by side. Plenty of villas claim a “mountain view” and don’t deliver one anywhere close to this wide. Elevation changes more than people expect walking in, too — winters get noticeably colder the higher you go.

Before signing anything: check regional tourism trends through the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board, confirm project registration on the Uttarakhand RERA portal. Standard due diligence. Doesn’t matter how good the pitch sounds.
